A:Yes! Our chief engineer has rich experience in foreign construction. According to customer's request to design drawings and provide technical support.
A:After establishing the contract, each customer to create a file by a dedicated service personnel tracking service. Will check each step of the contract and provide the basis evidence. If it's our problem, we will reissue the remaining cargo or return the deposit.
A:We will compensate 30% deposit of our contract lump sum and send cargo as soon as possible( except force major, war,etc.)
A:In case of this situation happened, buyer can send a feedback email
to our manager via manager@tjsunwin.com. Our boss will solve it
directly, so a definite solution will be give within 24 hours. Meantime,
we will also investigate the responsibility of PIC. A punishment will
occur for same. Of course, the buyer can also choose legal channels to
solve the problem.
